Jordan F. Harlow, Of Counsel, is an experienced labor, employment and education  attorney. Prior to joining GHNY Law, he worked as a special adviser to the Spanish Mission to the United Nations. Mr. Harlow has represented both employees and management during his career. 

An aggressive and focused litigator and trial attorney, Mr. Harlow has successfully litigated cases across the labor, employment and education gamut. He has represented dozens of teachers in Education Law 3020-a hearings, winning exonerations and saving the careers of many. He has represented clients in numerous Article 75 and Article 78 proceedings, and has extensive experience representing employees and management in administrative matters with the Department of Labor, Workers' Compensation Board, and the Department of Transportation. He has secured hundreds of thousands of dollars in settlement funds for victims of discrimination and harassment in the workplace. Mr. Harlow also practices family and immigration law, and is especially active in securing Special Immigrant Juvenile (SIJ) Status for his clients. 

Mr. Harlow earned his B.A. in Psychology and Political Science from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, where he graduated with Honors and earned the title of Great Distinction. He graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School Magna Cum Laude, where he was a member of the Minnesota Journal of International Law and Human Rights Litigation and Trial Advocacy Clinic. John Hogrogian, Partner, practices law primarily in the appellate courts of the State of New York. He is a 1979 graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Law. From 1986 until 2010, he was an Assistant Corporation Counsel with the New York City Law Department Appeals Division, and has brief and argued hundreds of appeals. He also has been an adjunct professor at the Cardozo School of Law teaching legal research and writing. He is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut, and the District of Columbia.

Bryan d Glass esq

Bryan D. Glass, Partner, has practiced for a number of years in labor and employment, municipal, civil rights, and education law in both the public and private sectors. He has a wealth of litigation experience in federal and state courts, as well as before arbitrators and administrative agencies. Mr. Glass has specific expertise in civil service law and disciplinary defense on behalf of teachers and other public sector employees, as well as with Article 75 and 78 proceedings and appeals and unemployment administrative hearings. 

Mr. Glass has extensive public sector experience, beginning his career clerking for a state appellate judge in Philadelphia and then for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in New York City. He then practiced for several years in the City of New York's Office of Corporation Counsel, where he represented
the City's agencies, hospitals, and schools in all forms of labor and employment litigation. Following the Office of Corporation Counsel, Mr. Glass practiced for several years counseling educators and health care providers throughout New York State as counsel to the New York State United Teachers Union (NYSUT) and the United Federation of Teachers (UFT) in employee discipline and other human resource matters. There, he developed broad labor arbitration and collective bargaining experience and argued before federal and state courts and administrative agencies, successfully defending several reported cases to dismissal through summary judgment, trial, and/or appeal. He also won exonerations for several teachers in Section 3020-a disciplinary proceedings.

Ms. Glass earned his B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he won several labor awards and served both on the Moot Court Board and as an Executive Editor on the Comparative Labor Law Journal. He serves as a public arbitrator on the FINRA Dispute Resolution panel, the Part 137 attorney-client fee disputes panel, as a small claims arbitrator, and is affiliated with Cornell University's Scheinman Institute on Conflict Resolution. Mr. Glass is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as the Southern and Eastern District of New York.
